Very disappointing
18 January 2016 | by See all my reviews

After all of the promotion, I was looking forward to watching this series. It seemed like it had great potential to be funny and it involved people that I like. Letting you binge-watch it commercial free was brilliant. If it was any good, a lot of people would get hooked. I predict that just won't happen. It wasn't funny. It didn't make me laugh. I DVRed it. After watching the first half of the pilot, I thought about deleting the entire series. To be fair, I decided I would watch at least two episodes. Half way into the second episode, I couldn't take it any more. The cast did the best they could with the scripts they had to work with. That's the only reason I gave it as many as three stars. Comedy is my favorite genre. So, I was predisposed to like it. I didn't mind that the concept wasn't original. The writing was terrible.
