Jensen is seen being washed before going into his cell and we see him naked from the rear side, bare buttocks are seen.

The main theme of this movie is that imprisoned people must kill their way to freedom in a literall destruction derby known as DEATH RACE...particpants are allowed to use weapons, hands feet and cars in order to make sure their opponents dont win... even if that means killing them.

The opening scene is quite graphic. A man is shot with a car's machine gun and blood is seen splattering all over the windshield and side window.

SWAT officers are seen rioting, shooting people and beating people down. The scene is brief, and much of the beatings are implied...however what is shown is quite rough.

Jensen's wife is stabbed off screen, and her body is seen laying out on the floor, some blood is shown stained all over her shirt, as well as a puddle of blood under her head. Jensen is knocked out by the killer, and the killer makes a shooting gesture at him.

It is revealed that a racer's name is "Frankenstein" because he had ended up in so many accidents, having his face deformed (not shown, just said in a conversation).

Prisoners are seen getting in a fight in the cafeteria of the prison

in Stage One Grimm gets his car crashed in the middle of the race track, and he climbs out, claims he's invincible and a car's gun head is shown hitting him, and he explodes at the impact. Lots of blood and brain matter are seen splattering everywhere.

Jensen has rough nightmares about his wife getting killed

Pachenkos team gets into a fight with Jensen, and the two team members of the drivers end up beating each other badly. Lists gets his hands crushed and two other are knocked out with poles.

In Stage Two Pachinko gets what he deserves during this scene, where Jensen snaps his neck.. many people are seen getting burned by flamethrowers on a massive truck the prison guards have built. The truck has spikes that can grind things on the tire irons of the wheels, and 14K's partner gets impaled while these wheels are spinning, and blood is seen spraying everywhere. 2 cars drive over a skull sign that brings a large metal obeject up that trips the truck up, causing the cart to fly over and people are seen flying out. The truck and the cart explode.

In the third race, Joe and the main character are seen battling each other intensely. Lots of explosions including a scene where a sign gets shot at and explodes. Joe's partner gets shot up, and blood is seen spraying. Many police cars on one bridge are seen exploding as well.

Hennessy gets a box disguised as a "congratulations" present, but really is a bomb. The office explodes as soon as Coach detonates the bomb.
