The storyline is near retarded. A guy, who happens to be a cyborg, must team up with his 1/2 brother who happens to be a vampire in order to stop the world from being destroyed. The fight scenes are lame and very poorly choreographed. The budget was surely laughable and the actors are horrible. A middle school drama class could have done a better job showing emotion and acting. The only cool thing is that Bruce Lee is the narrator. They used archive footage to have him do this. The film is bad and you would be better off renting or buying something else. The plot is absent in this sci-fi bore fest. It was filmed as a comedy and then edited to look like an action movie. So beware. For the love of god do not rent this film.
