• Continuity: Kate's Beretta goes from unloaded to cocked and ready to fire, yet all she did was reinsert the clip.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Obvious stunt double when Paige gets thrown headfirst into hot tub.
  
  
• Continuity: In the scene where Dorothy is letting Campbell live in her home. He picks up his bag and puts it on his shoulder. Then the next scene when he leans in to kiss her, there is no strap on his shoulder. Then it's back again in the next shot.
  
  

• Continuity: The scene when Kate is in the shower, in the opening shot, in her lounge the camera pans past a bookcase and into the bathroom. Kate then hears a noise, gets out the shower, and finds the water is cut off. When she uses the phone, halfway through her call, her iron overheats. The iron and ironing board are right beside the bookcase that the camera panned past in the opening shot. Trouble is, the iron and ironing board weren't by the bookcase in the opening shot.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When the Cherub grabs Ruthie and throws her into the shower glass panel, look very closely and the glass is all smashed before she even touches it.

• Continuity: When Adam gives Kate the lollipop as a gift, Kate writes "IOU TLC" on a laundry ticket. As she takes the ticket out her bag, there is the number "6443" printed in red on it. When she hands him the ticket though, the number is now "6335."
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: In the beginning of the movie when the medical examiner is about to perform the autopsy, if you look at the cadaver's stomach, you can clearly see that it is breathing.
  
  
• Continuity: When the Kate gives Adam the note on the back of her dry cleaning ticket she writes it very sloppily, but then towards the end of the movie when she finds Detective Vaugh's head in the pond with the same note next to it, it's written very neatly.
  
  
• Continuity: Shelley is working on a cadaver and has surgical gloves on. When she thinks someone is after her they show a close up of her squeezing the surgical knife, with absolutely no gloves on.
  
  
• Continuity: The Cherub shuts the glass trap to kill Paige, but in one shot the glass thing is open.
  
  
• Continuity: The rose appears beside the champagne near the hot tub a cut too early - it should appear after Paige looks away, but it's there before.
  
  
• Continuity: During several of the death scenes, the amount of blood on the killer's mask changes noticeably.
  
  
• Continuity: After the funeral near the start of the movie Adam kisses Kate on one cheek then the camera changes and we see him pulling away from the other cheek.
  
  
• Continuity: As Shelley runs with the knife, it disappears and reappears in her hand - at one point reappearing in the wrong hand.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Shelly is making the incision on the corpse, she says that she is doing a transverse cut. However she was doing a sagittal incision.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Shelly is preparing to perform the autopsy apart from she wearing surgical gloves, she should also have worn a lab coat.
  
  
• Continuity: In the end scene, Kate hugs Adam. But in the next shot when Adam takes Kate's hand she is sitting up right. In the next shot, she is hugging him again.
