I'm looking for the title and composer of a song that aired during the episode "The Needle and the Debutante."

The song appeared at the end of the episode when Ali is watching a tape of a murdered ex-junkie. I almost want to say the same song, if at least not the same artist, appeared during the closing credits as well.

Anyone have any idea the name of this song and artist?
