Brilliant.

To keep the series strong with an aging audience, the creators of the Batman Animated Series jumped ahead 7 years into the future with more adult scenarios. Now as our caped crusader is a bit older, we see episodes of him considering retirement; Dick Grayson is all grown up. With a new Robin, and Batgirl at his side.. the dark knight wraps up all the lose ends. We see most of the old villains return for an episode or two where as this time, they meet their demise. Mystery of the Batwoman is basically a movie for this series, so check that out as well.

A fantastic end to the series.. only wish it would of lasted longer. Will be out on DVD soon.
