Cynthia Rothrock is a quite attractive girl, but with very subpar acting abilities. Richard Norton her comrade in this movie, has acting ability that matches her.
The first movie was horrible, this second edition is even worse. Dakota, the Indian badass on the cycle, is breaking some child stuatory laws dating a girl in High School. But who cares about plot or realism, when all you have to do is showcase fighting? Look for a young Billy Blanks in this film, the only line he has in this movie, is a very cheesy accent.
