Mack comically kisses a man on the cheek.

Mack was guilty of statutory rape, and he makes comments such as having to keep his pants shut, and some other sexual references.

Harding says that the other patients made allusions to sexual problems he may have had with his wife, and he also suspects that she was cheating on him.

Mack asks the patients if they want to play cards or jerk off.

Harding asks Mack why he didn't tell Nurse Ratched to go f*uck herself.

While on a boat, Candy is topless, but no nudity is seen, as a shirt is pressed against her bare breasts. Sex is implied.

Mack's friend said her husband used to stuff frogs down her bra.

After receiving therapy, Mack says that the next woman he takes out is going to light up and pay off in silver dollars.

Turkle asks if Mack's friends are going to be "sharing more than just bottles."

A patient comically states that Turkle was jerking off (which didn't happen).

Billy dances with Candy, and Mack makes a bet that he will "burn her down." Mack then kisses Candy, slaps her butt, and closes the door. Candy and Billy have sex that night (not seen). The next day we see Billy and Candy naked under bed sheets (no nudity). Billy then runs out of the room and his bare butt is briefly seen.

Mack shows Martini a card of a woman's rear end (which we can't see). However, Mack later shows the card to several people in an office (rear nudity seen) and Mack says that she wonders where she lives.

Nurse Ratched states that Billy attempted suicide.

Throughout the film, the attendants are seen pulling, pushing, or shoving the patients several times.

Mack was arrested for five assaults (not seen).

Mack punches his hand through a glass window to give Cheswick cigarettes, bloodying his hand. Mr. Washington later pushes Mack, and they go back and forth hitting each other. A huge brawl breaks out between Chief, Mack, and several of the attendants, although it is not bloody.

Cheswick, Mack, and Chief receive electroshock therapy. We see this being done to Mack,. and he is in great pain after it is over.

Billy slaps himself several times.

Mack punches an attendant hard as he is trying to escape. The attendant is then seen on the floor in pain. Mr. Washington then threatens him to put the keys down.

Billy commits suicide by cutting himself, and some of the blood gets on a nurse. When we see Billy, there is a big bloody mess in the room.

Enraged, Mack violently chokes Nurse Ratched and hurts her neck severely. Mack is then punched from behind and knocked out.

It is said that Mack beat up two of the attendants and escaped. However, Mack was really lobotomized and has to live as a vegetable for the rest of his life. Chief does not want to see his friend like this, so he smothers him with a pillow and kills him. The after effect shows a man dead with his eyes open and a ghastly expression upon his face.

Mack smokes while he being evaluated.

Several characters such as Harding are seen smoking sporadically.

Cheswick gets upset when he can't have his cigarettes and he throws a fit.

A character asks why their cigarettes were rationed.

Mack's friends bring many bottles of alcohol into the ward. Many characters are later seen drinking. Mack and Chief end up passing out on the floor.

The electroshock therapy scene is quite intense.

Several patients start to get emotionally disturbed which can be intense.
